Yuhas Performance Training was founded in 1999 with a mission to provide athletes and clients with safe, effective and efficient training programs that deliver results. Over the years we were told to change our name because performance “intimidated” people. Many people heard great things about us, but thought we only trained high school, college, and elite athletes. Or that they had to be “in shape” before coming to us. This could not be further from the truth. We help clients of all ages feel better, look better and perform better. One of our mantras at YPT is “motivation through education”. We are a coaching facility and take it upon ourselves to educate our clients on our four pillars of performance: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery. No matter your profession, from software engineer to sports star, to 90-year-old grammies, you want to improve every day — and not just at work. Performance is about achieving what matters to you, and that’s what matters to us.
