ONE ON ONE
Customized program around your goals.
The One-on-One Membership, like all the memberships, is program driven. After you go through a movement screen and goal analysis, a YPT fitness professional will design a custom program around your goals. This membership provides you with exclusivity during your workouts (just you and your fitness coach).
SEMI-PRIVATE
Customized program with a small group.
All memberships are program driven. The Semi-private membership provides you with the customization of a program like one-on-one, while working in a small group of 2-3 people. Based on your goals and needs, your custom program will be updated by your coach on a regular basis.
ADULT TEAM TRAINING
Fun approach with group training.
Team training is a fun approach to working out in a group atmosphere several times per week. This is YPT’s version of “bootcamp” training. A better, more efficient and effective way to get results in a group atmosphere. Although it is a “team” environment, participants still receive “individualized” programming based on their abilities and/or limitations.
